XR is a new and exciting technology that everyone is talking about

XR, also called extended reality, is a term for several different but related technologies including VR (virtual reality), AR (augmented reality), and MR (mixed reality). XR is being used by industry to realize cost savings, enhance collaboration, and increase safety. Despite consumer popularity, many educators have not been exposed to the capabilities of these technologies. This is why the IMXR initiative was created.

A world without boundaries

Here at the IMXR initiative, students are always at the heart of what we do. That’s why we have expanded our horizons to adopt new technologies that will allow anyone to work across disciplines.
