Fall and Spring Semester Hours

Monday – Thursday: 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Sunday: 2:00 p.m. - 6:00p.m.

Facility Offerings

  • Brand new cardio equipment: Treadmills, Ellipticals, Row Machines, Bikes
  • State of the art multi-racks (4) along with a smith machine
  • Dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and free weights
  • Weight Machines: All optimal areas including legs, arms, chest, back
  • Group Exercise Studio with full-length mirrors and hardwood floors
  • Functional Fitness Training Studio with TRX ropes & Functional Trainer

Group Exercise Classes

Great for those who want to experience working out in a group environment! All instructors are certified and have years of experience.

Monday: Mat Pilates with Kaila at 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday: Yoga Flow with Dominique at 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday: Mat Pilates with Kaila at 6:00 p.m.
