- Brand new cardio equipment: Treadmills, Ellipticals, Row Machines, Bikes
- State of the art multi-racks (4) along with a smith machine
- Dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and free weights
- Weight Machines: All optimal areas including legs, arms, chest, back
- Group Exercise Studio with full-length mirrors and hardwood floors
- Functional Fitness Training Studio with TRX ropes & Functional Trainer
Group Exercise Classes
Great for those who want to experience working out in a group environment! All instructors are certified and have years of experience.
Monday: Mat Pilates with Kaila at 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday: Yoga Flow with Dominique at 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday: Mat Pilates with Kaila at 6:00 p.m.
