Interdisciplinary Research and Collaboration

Women in Bioinformatics is a workshop that brings together researchers from computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, biology, biotechnology, and chemistry to present their research in the interdisciplinary field of Bioinformatics.

Workshop organizers are all women.  Invited speakers at the workshop will be women with leading research in the field. Abstract submissions and participation in all sessions are open to researchers of all genders.

The Women in Bioinformatics Workshop invites researchers to submit original research in all aspects of bioinformatics or computational biology.

Abstract Submission

Abstracts' submissions should present original work and may include preliminary results, work in progress, or proof of concepts. Abstracts are limited to a single page. Abstracts will be presented during the poster session.
