As we kick off a new semester, we are excited to offer a variety of programs and activities! Take a close look at the full list of events and participate in as many opportunities as your schedule allows. This is a great way to get better connected at Southern, meet new people, and learn about new opportunities!

Week of Welcome Prizes

Attend Week of Welcome events to earn prizes and be eligible to win a $250.00 Barnes and Noble Gift Card!

Prize Levels

  • Attend 5 Programs – Earn a free coffee or hot chocolate from Dunkin’ Donuts.
  • Attend 8 Programs – Earn a choice of SCSU gear plus the prize from A.
  • For every feedback form you submit, you will receive one entry into the drawing for a $250.00 Barnes and Noble gift card.

How to Record Your Attendance

Attendance for WoW events will be tracked through OwlConnect.

  1. Attend WoW program.
  2. Fill out the WoW Event Feedback Form after the event.

How to Claim Prizes

All students who meet the prize level requirements will receive an email from the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership Development following the Week of Welcome to come and claim their prizes. Prize pick-up will be available until Friday, February 3, 2023 in the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership Development, ASC 212.
