Schedule: Tuesdays 4:00 pm to 4:40 pm (October 1, 2024 – November 19, 2024)
Cost: $70.00
Traditional yoga poses instructed in a seated position using a chair. All poses are instructed for individuals to successfully participate at their comfort level. No prior Yoga experience required.
Focus Points of the Program: Maintain or improve strength, flexibility, concentration, mindfulness, and stress management.
Aide’s or ABA therapists are required to remain for the duration of each session to assist as needed.

For: Ages 18+
Schedule: Tuesdays 11:00 - 11:45 am (October 8, 2024 to November 19, 2024)

Each week, participants will be introduced to a new activity exploring leisure interests, benefits and the skills necessary for successful participation.
Focus Points of the Program: Social connections, leisure education specifically increased leisure awareness, stress, and social emotional regulation using leisure activities.
Aide’s or ABA therapists are required to remain for the duration of each session to assist as needed.

For: Ages 18+
Schedule: Thursdays 11:00 am to 11:45 am (October 3, 2024 to November 21, 2024)

This program will provide participants with opportunities to use creative arts including music, visual arts, writing, and drama. Each form of expression will promote positive self-awareness and coping strategies.
Focus Points of the Program: Promotes collaboration, cooperation, social and emotional skills. It will also provide opportunities for participants to identify and connect their emotions with positive coping strategies.
Aide’s or ABA therapists are required to remain for the duration of each session to assist as needed.

For: Ages 10-13 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit, Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD)
Schedule: Mondays 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm (October 7, 2024 - November 18, 2024)

Each week, participants will work cooperatively to create, build, and communicate in a supportive environment using LEGO bricks.
Focus Points of the Program: Self-regulation in social settings, strategies to support cooperative and team building skills, and increase of positive self-awareness.
Aide’s or ABA therapists are required to remain for the duration of each session to assist as needed.

This program will provide participants with purposeful recreational and leisure games to support and maintain social opportunities.
Focus Points of the Program: Social and cooperative skills, leisure interests and skill building.
Aide’s or ABA therapists are required to remain for the duration of each session to assist as needed.

For: Ages 65+
Schedule: Mondays 9:30 to 10:30 am (October 7, 2024 - November 18, 2024)
Cost: $60.00
Traditional yoga poses instructed in a seated position using varying levels to support everyone. Participants may use a chair or wheelchair if they need. This program supports individuals who may be in stroke recovery, have arthritis, or may want to focus on overall well-being. No prior Yoga experience required.
Focus Points of the Program: Maintain or improve strength, flexibility, concentration, mindfulness, and stress management.
Dress: Please dress comfortably and sneakers or soft-soled shoes. Please bring your own water.

Each week participants will participate in a new leisure activity promoting overall well-being. Activities include exercise and movement, creative arts, memory skills, and leisure awareness.
Focus Points of the Program: Promotes socialization, support cognitive maintenance, and physical and overall well-being.

Schedule: Mondays 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm (October 7, 2024 - November 18, 2024)

Through the use of leisure and recreational activities, participants will be provided with a safe and welcoming space to share, explore, and develop positive coping strategies.
Focus Points of the Program: Increase awareness of symptoms and triggers of anxiety and depression, connections of leisure participation and management of symptoms, and maintain social skills.

Navigating social, depression, and anxiety symptoms.
Using leisure and recreational activities, participants will be provided with a safe and welcoming space to share, explore, and develop and use positive coping strategies.
Focus Points of the Program: Increase awareness of symptoms and triggers of anxiety and depression, verbalize and identify connections between leisure activities and management of symptoms, and promoting positive social skills and relationships.

Using creative arts, participants will be provided with a safe and welcoming environment to explore and share ideas, stressors, and effective coping skills to support students with social, personal, and academic pressures.
Focus Points of the Program: To increase awareness of symptoms of social anxiety, depressed mood, academic stressors, and/or feeling lost. To develop and promote healthy coping skills and a safe space to express oneself and make connections.
