Summa Cum Laude

Today, we are going to close a chapter in our life, but we will open a new one that is also beautiful. Our graduation marks the culmination of all the hard work we have done as a student. We know that the world is going through tough challenges and that we are heading into an uncertain future. However, we all should hope that the future will be even better because we have the power to create it. Well-renowned leader Nelson Mandela once said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” Our education is a foundation for a better future because it opens our minds and broadens our perspective. It allows us to connect with people of all backgrounds and empowers us to make a positive impact on society. We are the hope of the world and the building blocks of our nation. Therefore, we all deserve to celebrate and be proud of ourselves. I am very excited for all of us who are graduating, and I wish you good luck in everything that you will do. Enjoy and savor the achievement of this remarkable accomplishment. Congratulations Owls, we did it!!!

Favorite Time at SCSU

When I first visited Southern Connecticut University, I immediately felt a sense of belonging and was amazed by the faculty’s attention and enthusiasm. Their professionalism and attentiveness resonated with me and I knew they would help me to succeed and accomplish my goals. My favorite time at Southern was interacting with my professors. They inspire me each day and are as committed to my education as I am. Their support has encouraged me to be the best student I can be and to work hard to achieve my dreams. Therefore, Southern Connecticut State University is by far one of the best colleges that I have attended. The time that I spent here was the most valuable experience in my life.

What are you going to miss the most, and what are you looking forward to the most?

With graduation approaching, I have found myself very nostalgic about the fact that this is my last semester at SCSU. The thing that I am going to miss the most is my student life. It was filled with many ups and downs, but at the same time, it has been full of joy and happiness as well. After my graduation, I would like to continue to grow as an individual and professional by putting into practice all of the knowledge that I have acquired at SCSU.
