Class of 2020: Thank you so much for a life-changing four years. Originally, Southern was not my first choice, but now I can't imagine going anywhere else. These past four years have been tough, but so rewarding, and I could not be more thankful for the opportunities that I have been offered here. Best of luck to everyone in their future endeavors!

Favorite Time at SCSU

My favorite part of my time at Southern was being a sister of Alpha Sigma Alpha. My organization challenged me to become the best version of myself, and I am so proud of who I have become.

What are you going to miss the most, and what are you looking forward to the most?

I will miss being in such close proximity to all of my friends and peers. Everyone has made such an impact on me, and I will miss being a part of the Southern family. I look forward to connecting with classmates on social media and seeing where they go in life!

Advice to Incoming Students

To incoming students, I would recommend getting involved as early as you can. Getting involved in various clubs and organizations that suit your interests is so important. You will be able to meet new people with similar interests and form bonds based on those interests. Don’t limit yourself to just one or two organizations. Join as many as you are interested in and can handle.
