History

Thank you for all the laughs, hugs, support and advice. I know none of us expected this, but when we finally see each other again at convocation in the near future we can say “ it’s so nice to be together again” instead of “ good luck, and goodbye” .

Favorite Time at SCSU

Being a peer mentor and finding a family that will stay with me for the rest of my life. Working at the Academic Success Center and helping students finding the support they needed. Also sitting outside on the Buley patio on a warm day hanging with friends!

What are you going to miss the most, and what are you looking forward to the most?

I will miss seeing my friends, bosses, mentors and professors everyday, as they were the people who made me love scsu. I am looking forward to starting my graduate program in counseling for higher education, and my internship at Eastern Connecticut State University. I am excited to share what I have learned at Southern in my new roles and one day hopefully work for a institution as wonderful as SCSU.
