Thank you for everything you have given me. The growth that I have made here as an individual was unexpected, but it has changed me forever. I have made amazing friends, had amazing students, faculty and teachers. You all made me who I am, I love you, thank you Southern.

Favorite Time at SCSU

Being a student leader, the family that I made through being a Peer Mentor, Success Navigator and Resident Advisor is the community that I have always wanted.

What are you going to miss the most, and what are you looking forward to the most?

I am going to miss the community at Southern, no matter where I go on campus I feel welcome! I look forward to brining those positive vibes with me throughout life.

Advice to Incoming Students

Enjoy your time here, grades are important but there is so much more to college. The opportunities at Southern are like non-other that you will find anywhere else. Use your resources, make friends, hang out a while! You will be a better person because of it! You got this!
