Class of 2022 we did it! We’ve had our ups and downs some of our journeys have been long others short but all that matters is that we all made it to the finish line to make our families and loved ones proud!!

Favorite Time at SCSU

Becoming involved with student leadership and being able to impact so many students during my time here!

What are you going to miss the most, and what are you looking forward to the most?

Going to miss living so close to all my friends and hanging out in each other’s dorm rooms. I’m looking forward to the next steps in my life!

Advice to Incoming Students

Your journey here at Southern will be what you make of it and how well your able to use the resources around you. You don’t have to be the most involved person but definitely get out your comfort zone and find your passion because before you know it you’ll be a completely different person at the end of this journey then when you started.

It does matter what others are doing, it matters what you are doing because sometimes you grow through what you go through. Stay positive, enjoy life to the fullest because you only live once (YOLO)

Favorite Time at SCSU

Being part of this wonderful school. Even though it wasn't easy at first as a transferred student from a different country but subsequently, it became easier through the help of my advisors, professors and few people I met on campus.

What are you going to miss the most, and what are you looking forward to the most?

I am going to miss all the fun activities that were held on campus as well as some of the classes that gave me the chance to express myself.

Advice to Incoming Students

Be yourself, do not be afraid because it takes a rough patch to get to a smooth destination.

It has been quite the journey, these past four years at SCSU! I have met some of the most amazing people while losing some as well. No matter what obstacles got in my way, I never gave up. If anything, it made me want to try even harder and made me stronger. For that, I thank myself. WE DID IT GUYS!

Favorite Time at SCSU

My favorite part of my time at SCSU is all the great people I met!

What are you going to miss the most, and what are you looking forward to the most?

What I will miss the most is walking around campus on warm sunny days. What I am looking forward to the most is working in the Hospital!

Advice to Incoming Students

Some advice I would give incoming students is to always push your limits and never underestimate yourself. You will appreciate the results.
