My favorite part of my time here at SCSU was meeting so many amazing people and making some amazing lifelong friends. I really put myself out there this year and made some great connections, and I could not be happier.
The one thing I will miss the most about SCSU is walking on campus and seeing all the beautiful faces I have met during my college education. That includes students, professors, advisors, and Otus. The one thing I look forward to the most is seeing all the opportunities the world has to offer in my moving forward from SCSU.
The advice I would give to incoming students is enjoy college. Be yourself. Make connections. Work hard. Follow your dreams. Never give up. The world is yours!
Something I am going to miss the most is spending time with the SCSU Women's Soccer team everyday and getting to build connections with the team. I am most looking forward to finding a job that I can put all of the things I am passionate about to use, and help others.
Don't be afraid to start conversations with new people, you never know who you might meet and everyone is probably just as nervous as you are.
The competitive ping pong games.
I’m definitely going to miss all of the free food at the academic quad. I mostly look forward to pursuing more schooling.
Learn to be independent. College is all about independence and time management. Once those are mastered, the rest will fall into place.
Sorry to say I was not able to experience the campus because of COVID-19, online classes were the alternative.
What I’m going to miss, is the friends that I have made. This social work class has been amazing in helping each through the online classes.
Come with an open mind, don’t limit what your capable of. Keep getting out of your comfort zone make the best of it.
Lab days
There is light at the end of the tunnel
SCSU Women's Soccer- being in the NE-10 Championship finals twice
if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you...find a good balance and don't be afraid to take chances and try new things.
